Returns Policy – 28 Day Return Window
Total Return Window: 28 Days
You have 28 days from the day you receive your item to complete the return process. Here’s how it works:
14 Days to Request a Return
You have 14 days from receiving your item to contact us and request a return. To initiate a return, please email info@esebike.co.uk.
14 Days to Return the Item
If your return request is approved, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
We will provide full instructions on how and where to send your return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Helmets
- Clothing
- Used Bikes
Manufacturer Returns: Please avoid sending items directly back to the manufacturer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll inform you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a specified period.
Issues with Refunds:
- Haven't received your refund? First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it might take time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Check with your bank for processing times.
- If the refund is still missing, please reach out to us at info@esebike.co.uk.
Sale Items: Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@esebike.co.uk and send your item to: UNIT 50 , RAYMOUTH ROAD, SE16 2DB (ESEBIKE).
Gifts and Shipping Returns
Gift Returns:
- If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return’s value. A gift certificate will be mailed after we receive the returned item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Return Shipping:
- Mail your product to: UNIT 50 , RAYMOUTH ROAD, SE16 2DB (ESEBIKE).
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Refund amounts will be less the return shipping cost.
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
